What are the dimensions and weight of the planner folio?
The folio measures 14.4 cm (height) x 22.2 cm (width), slightly smaller than A5 and weighs 124 g.
Are the inserts sold separately?
The inserts currently come bundled with the folio and aren't sold on their own.
Is the planner dated or undated? What month does it start?
The planner is dated, with a 12-month spread running from January to December 2027.
Are the insert pages bleed-proof?
The pages are 100gsm and have been tested with fountain pen, gel, and marker inks. Only heavier nibs may cause light bleed-through.
Can the book insert lie flat with the folio?
Yes, the book insert lies flat when paired with the folio.
Can I purchase the Mini Charms separately?
The Mini Charms are exclusively bundled with the 2027 Planner and are not sold separately.
How long will delivery take for monogrammed items ordered online?
Requires up to 7 working days to dispatch, on top of standard delivery duration to your country.
Can I purchase a 2027 planner in-store and have it monogrammed on the spot?
This is subject to availability and capacity. Please check with our retail crew at the time of checkout. Otherwise, monogrammed items will be available for collection at the store within 3 working days of purchase.
What is your return and exchange policy for the 2027 planner and accessories?
Folios with monogram are considered personalised items and cannot be returned or exchanged unless received faulty or damaged. Orders containing personalised item(s) cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Due to the nature of monogramming, slight differences in placement and size are expected and are not considered defects.
Add-ons purchased as part of any planner bundle cannot be exchanged or returned.
To be eligible for any return or exchange, item(s) must be in original purchase condition, with tags still attached and in original packaging. Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a whole set. Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for more information.
Is complimentary monogramming for the 2027 Planners available as a Club TPB reward?
Club TPB members can redeem complimentary planner monogramming for 400 points. To redeem the reward online, both the 2027 Planner and the Monogram service must be added to cart and the reward code must be applied at checkout.
